Peanut Chutney


1 Cup Roasted Peanuts (i used to roast peanuts in microwave for 3 mins)
4 Dry redchillies
Small piece of tamarind
Salt to taste


1 tbsp gingelly oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Curry leaves

Grind roasted peanuts along with dry red chillies and tamarind.Add salt and make creamy paste consistency.
Add oil in pan and add mustard seeds followed by curry leaves.
Add this tadka to the creamy peanut chutney. Serve with dosa or idly....
