Ingrediants :
350 gm chicken pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 cup coconut milk
Salt to taste
Paste:
1/4 cup grated coconut
7 dry red chillies
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
a pinch of turmeric powder
1 tbsp tamarind, soaked
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Preparation:
Mix chicken with 1 tbsp oil and grill for 10 minutes. Later cool and shred some pieces and keep aside.
Grind coconut, red chillies, coriander seeds, turmeric powder, tamarind, ginger garlic paste....and keep this paste aside.
Add oil in non stick pan and add onion. Saute nicely and then add tomato.
Later add prepared coconut paste and saute nicely for 10 mins or until coriander flavour goes.
Add coconut milk and stir it properly.Cook for 5 min and then add chicken.....
Add some more water for consistency....Then cook for 10 mins and finely garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.

Potato Capsicum Fry
Ingrediants:
2 finely chopped onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 boiled potatoes cut in cubes
1 capsicum cut in cubes
Salt
Oil
1 pinch Turmeric powder
2 tbsp chilli and coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Method:
Pour oil in kadai and add finely chopped onions. Saute for few min and then add ginger garlic paste.
Saute nicely and add turmeric powder, chilli and coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
Add potatoes and capsicum, then add water and cook for few min or till it turns gravy.
Later add some more oil and saute nicely until it becomes semi dry.
Serve with lemon rice or coconut rice.

Chicken Bread Foujiya
Ingrediants:
Left over chicken fry 4 pieces shredded
4 bread slices chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
3 green chillies, finely chopped
coriander leaves, finely chopped
2 eggs
Salt
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp pepper powder
Preparation :
Add oil in kadai and add chopped onions, saute for few min and then add green chillies.
saute till onion turns light brown, then add eggs and scramble for few min, later add shredded chicken pieces.
Add salt, pepper powder, chopped bread...
Mix properly and keep in simmer for 2-3 mins.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with raita.
Egg Bellpepper Rice
Ingrediants :
Rice(cooked) 2 cup
3 eggs
1 tbsp pepper powder
2 tsp worcestershire Sauce
1 small bellpepper sliced
Salt
2 tbsp Oil
Preparations :
Keep kadai and add oil, then add eggs and scramble for few min.
Later add bell peppers, saute for 1 min and add worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt.
Then add rice and keep in simmer for 3 min.
Serve hot with tomato or chilli sauce.
