Salad is one of the healthy and satisfying meal or snack during dieting days. This fresh salad is prepared using radish, carrot and sprouts which is tossed with lemon juice. Easy to prepare and very nutritious to serve as such or as accompaniments to main dish like phulka and dal.
Ingredients :
1 Cup Radish, grated
1 Cup Carrot, grated
1/2 Cup Sprouts ( I have used Moong and Black Chickpea sprouts )
Salt to taste
2 Tbsp Spring onion leaves, finely chopped
3/4 Tsp Lemon juice
Crushed pepper for garnishing
Lettuce leaves, for garnishing
Method :
Add grated Radish followed by Carrot, Sprouts and Spring onion leaves in a bowl.
Add Lemon juice and Salt. Mix well.
Take a serving plate, arrange lettuce leaves and place the salad.
Sprinkle crushed pepper and garnish with few spring onion leaves.
Serve.
