My Winning in Plattershare and Review on Tecnora !

Happy to share that I had won a second place in a Healthy Breakfast Recipe Contest conducted by Plattershare which happened in the month of February. Received a beautiful and essential gift as my winning prize and to personally thank Plattershare and Tecnora, I am doing this blog post.

Plattershare is a foodie platform where bloggers can post their recipes and food stories. It is an excellent platform for foodies and bloggers to showcase their culinary skills by participating in contests. Click HERE to post recipes and participate in their upcoming contests.

First of all, I thank plattershare for giving such a wonderful platform for bloggers to showcase our culinary passion and skills. It is very encouraging to participate in such contests, which help us to learn more cuisines. Especially, the rating being given against each post is highly motivating helping us to understand the standard of recipe from an outside perspective. I am overwhelmed with the team's professionalism, response and encouragement given to all members and I feel truly happy to be part of the plattershare family.

The prize, which I received from plattershare for winning the second place in “Healthy Breakfast Contest” is absolutely an amazing and useful gift. Above all, the joy of being reviewed by and receiving comments from one of my favourite chef “Saransh Goila” was the best that can ever happen and is my most precious gift.

Inaugurated my kitchen friendly gadget by preparing my son's favorite Watermelon juice. Easy to prepare, tasty and perfect summer cooler. All you need for the recipe is Watermelon cubes ( chilled ) and sugar ( optional ). Just blend the watermelon chunks along with the sugar and strain the juice. Garnish with Mint leaves and serve chill. To make the simple watermelon juice to summer friendly recipe, just add soaked sabja seeds and pour it in a popsicle mould to get a yummy summer treat.

I thank Tecnora for sponsoring such an excellent and user friendly gadget to the winners. Personally, I am happy with the quality of the product. The product design looks handy, very light in weight and importantly, it consumes less space of my kitchen space.  The most impressive part of this product is its lid along with the stirrer which reduces the exhaustion of stirring using spoon in the middle of grinding. The locking system of the jar is a brilliant technology. For people who are unaware, the jar and the lid-lock has to be placed perfectly to run the mixie which also indeed acts as a child lock. It is easy to operate, easy to clean and less noisy. The product is really satisfactory and I would recommend this brand to my friends and family members.

So far, it is a user friendly gadget for me which helped me to finish all my grinding needs in a jiffy.  I had used small jar to prepare ginger – garlic paste, rasam masala, instant chutney powders etc and the big one to prepare fresh juice, idly/dosa batter, vada, chutneys, homemade masala powders, to extract coconut milk etc.

To prepare lassi, I had used the whipping blade which helped to make my lassi smooth and frothy.
