1 Big Potato
1/2 Tsp Jeera
1/2 Cup cooked rice
4 Small onions
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp Ghee
Boil potato, peel and mash them.
Finely chop the garlic and small onions.
Cook rice separately and keep aside. Since this recipe is for baby and toddler, rice can be overcooked.
Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera followed by finely chopped garlic and onions, Saute well and add the mashed potato.
Mix well and add pepper and salt.
Now add the cooked rice and mix well so that potato and rice gets blended properly.
Serve with extra ghee.
Adjust spicy level according to your toddler.
