Ingredients :
2 Cups Mint / Pudina leaves
1 Onion, chopped
2 Green chillies, chopped
Salt to taste
10 Bread slices
Butter or oil for Toasting
Method :
Grind mint leaves, onion, green chillies and salt to a fine paste adding little water.
Remove the corner of bread and toast them for few seconds.
Now spread mint chutney on the bread and toast again on the tawa.
Smear butter or oil for toasting.
Remove once done and serve with Tomato Sauce.
Enjoy this Spicy Mint Toast with Tomato Sauce for breakfast or snacks....
