Mom's recipes are always close to our heart and some are very close either its so easy recipe or the complicated ones.. Likewise, this very simple chutney is one of my most favorite. My mom usually prepares this when she feels tired from her work or when no time but there is no compromise in taste. The flavor of raw onion n tomato with the hot tempering gives the lovely aroma... Personally, I love tasting this chutney with Dosa. My intake will be more than my regular whenever I prepare this chutney with crispy dosas :) Simple and perfect breakfast to start a day when you are in hurry!
