Mango Vermicelli

Day 3 Sweet Recipe :


Ingredients :

1 Cup Mango puree
1 Cup Roasted semiya / vermicelli
2 1/2 Cups water
3/4 Cup sugar
8 Raisins
6 Badams, chopped
6 Cashews, chopped
4 Tbsp ghee

Method :




Measure 2 1/2 water in a pan and bring it to boil.


Add the mango puree and mix well.


Now add the roasted semiya / vermicelli  and stir continuously.Simmer the flame for 3 mins.


Add the sugar, mix and cook it for another 3 mins.
Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan and fry the cashews, badam and raisin.
Add fried items to the cooked mango vermicelli.


Serve hot.
