Surakkai Thol & Vadagam Chutney / Bottle gourd peel & Vadagam Chutney / Chutney Recipe - 58 / #100chutneys

Here comes the third variety of chutney using Vadagam and along with this, I have used the peels of bottle gourd to make it more tasty and healthy. Vadagam is a Tamilnadu seasoning which is generally used in Sambhar, Kuzhambu and Kootu. Chutney can also be prepared using it.

Check out my other 2 varieties of chutney using Vadagam.
