Instant Sprouts & Carrot Dosa / Diet Friendly Recipe - 75 / #100dietrecipes


Instant sprouts & carrot dosa is an excellent way to start a day as it includes mixed sprouts like green gram, black chickpeas, cow peas etc and bansi rava. Easy to prepare and goes delicious with any variety of chutney.

Ingredients :

2 Cups Mixed Sprouts
1/2 Cup Bansi Rava
3 Green chillies, chopped
1/2 inch Ginger piece
2 Carrots, grated 
Salt to taste
Water, as needed 

Method :

Wash and add mixed sprouts in a mixer grinder along with bansi rava, green chillies, ginger piece, grated carrot ans salt.

Add little water and grind it into fine paste.

Batter should not be too thick or thin.

Heat non stick pan, take one ladle of batter and prepare like regular dosa.

Simmer the flame, cover it with a lid and cook it for a minute.

Flip the other side and cook it again till it gets cooked.

Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter.

Serve hot.


Serving Options :

Serve hot with any variety of Chutney.
