I love potatoes !!! I can hear lots of people raising their voice saying "me too" ;) And especially potatoes are kids friendly..either fried, boiled, mashed....but as we grow older we get scared to add potatoes in our grocery list..even i had the same feeling before knowing abt the facts of baby potatoes...heard that it has less calories and is naturally fat free.Has good source of fibre when used with its skin....so nowadays I'm trying to add baby potatoes in my kitchen rather than the normal ones...
I served this recipe with mango chickpea rice....This will be a yummy side dish for mild, less spicy rice varieties like coconut rice, curd rice, sambhar rice etc........
Try this out and pen your views....Happy cooking :)

Finely chop the onions. Heat oil in kadai and add the chopped onions and fry them for 2 mins.
Now add the ginger garlic paste and fry them till they become translucent.
Add turmeric powder, chilli coriander powder and salt. Fry them till raw smell goes off.
