Jackfruit Milkshake

Jack fruit Season started here....yummy delicious fruit. Am sure most of the people love this fruit. Have planned lots of recipes with this. Everyone must be aware that this delicious fruit is rich in energy, dietary fiber, minerals and vitamins. Kids will love this recipe for sure..Just enjoi your summer with this chilled refreshing drink.

Ingredients :

8 - 10 Jack fruit flesh
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Cup Milk
Ice cubes



Method :

Remove seeds from Jack fruit and take only the flesh.
Add everything in a blender and blend them until smooth.
Serve chill in a tall glass.

Note :

Adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the fruit.

    I was searching for delicious recipes to prepare for my kids and I came across yours. Your posted recipes are yummy. Thanks for posting. I think you will be very positive to accept a small advice. Jackfruit should never ever go with milk, as it is a slow poison for human consumption. I came across this fact in ayurveda, which we all should be aware of.
