Nethili Oats Fry / Anchovy Oats Fry

Ingredients:

1 Cup Nethili Fish, cleaned
1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Chilli powder
1 Egg
1/2 Tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
Oats, powdered
Oil for frying

Method:

Marinate fish with turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and lemon juice for 1 hr.
Beat eggs separately.
Now dip fish in egg and then roll it in powdered oats. Repeat the process for remaining fish.
Heat oil in a pan and fry them in medium flame until crisp.
Serve with sauce.
