Ingredients:
1 Cup Coriander leaves
4 Garlic pods
Small piece of ginger
1 Tsp Jeera
1/2 Tbsp Chilli powder
Small piece of tamarind
1 Tbsp Groundnuts, Roasted
1 Tbsp Roasted gram (potukadalai)
Salt to taste
6 Bread Slices
Butter
Method:
Mix everything and grind into fine paste by adding little water.
Take bread slice and butter it both sides.
Now spread the grounded masala both sides and toast in tawa.
Serve hot with tomato sauce or mayo.
Note :
You can grill them too instead of using tawa.
